1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

• You received a damaged, defective, or non-functioning product.

• You received the wrong item or the wrong variant (e.g., color, model, or specifications).

• The product is unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, tags, and the invoice.

• The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

• Products that show physical damage or signs of use.

• Accessories such as screen guards, earphones, chargers (if opened or used).

• Items purchased under flash sale, clearance, or promotional offers, unless damaged or faulty.

• Products returned without original packaging or invoice.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange for online orders:

3. Provide the following details:

   • Order ID

   • Reason for return/exchange

   • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if damaged or incorrect)

Once we receive your request, our team will verify and guide you through the next steps.

4. Pickup & Inspection Process

• We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (wherever serviceable).

• Once the item is received, our team will conduct a quality check.

• If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.

5. Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

6. Exchange Process

• Exchange is subject to product availability.

• If the new item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference.

• If it’s of lower value, the balance will be refunded as per our refund policy.

7. Important Notes

• Products must be returned in original condition to be eligible.

• We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.

• Return shipping charges may apply in certain cases (to be communicated during the process).
